There are pet hotels in both Squamish and Pemberton if you cannot find a boarding kennel close to home. Please inquire at the Front Desk for details. A $350 Cleaning Fee will be applied if any violation of this policy is determined.

Located in the underground garage marked “Whistler Peak Lodge Parking” 4295 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, BC V0N 1B4, Canada. Please note the parking garage has a height restriction of 6'9" You must park on level P4 only as this is the hotel parking level. All other levels are public parking. Stalls in the 500 area are closest to the elevators and most convenient for Whistler Village Centre units. You may park in any stall that is not marked reserved.
Please ensure that your parking permit is facing up on the dash of your vehicle. Failure to do so may cause your vehicle to be ticketed or towed at the Owner’s expense.
For Units 401, 402 & 602: Please use the A-Wing Elevator. Once you arrive in the lobby on the ground floor coming from the parkade, you will find the A-Wing Elevator behind the building where the Whistler Peak Lodge front desk is located.
For Units 3307, 3308, 4404, 4405, & 4406: Please use the C-Wing Elevator. Once you arrive in the lobby on the ground floor coming from the parkade, turn right toward Earl’s restaurant and follow the footpath around until you see the yellow parking posts. Behind those, you will notice a foyer which is the C-Wing Elevator. Please use the common area key card to access the parking and elevators. Your key code will open the room. You must return the key card. A $25.00 fee will apply if key cards are lost or not returned.
For week stay reservations, the total cost will be collected at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
The common use hot tub and fitness area are located in A-Wing on the ground floor. Your key will access this area. The hours of operation are 10:00 am – 10:00 pm. Hours of operation are subject to change. Please adhere to the instructions posted by the pool area.
